Hello, Check inside the Unique Crate at /warp crates. Keys are virtual in Survival and are stored in the crates. /claimlist will only show the claims in the world you are currently in. -

About curent situation of survival pvp
Survival is not a PvP server. Players work hard for items so obviously they will combat log, I feel like they leave bugs like this for that very reason. I would do the same if I wasn’t rich. -
Big problem
You will just have to wait until the next season to find out or use the help and support forum for a staff answer. Even if the rank doesn't stick, there is no way of getting the voucher you claimed back unless you have a video of claiming it.
