I purchased the alchemist kit about 2 days ago and I redeemed the /kit for it which is suppose to give like 3x unique crate keys 5x voting crate keys and a few other things but when I click on the crates. they say I have zero keys so I really need help

Hey,

Sounds like you only claimed the normal alchemist kit. There is a once kit in /kit which is a paper icon.

So I clicked on that a little bit ago but it still says 0 keys even though in chat it said I received them, I did receive the 15000 claimblocks but still no keys.
