That is how the rules are, autoclickers need to get SS'ed before getting punished, even if it's clear, so reporting an autocliker will get the report instantly denied. -

Well, anytime I've submitted valid evidenc,e it's always gotten accepted, so I wouldn't listen to that advice from him.
