Obtaining the ranks is just through getting the ranks from free iron obtained through voting, or purchasing gold on the store. I don't necessarily think a new guide is needed for that. -

Because you are not the one holding down your rightclick, it is not exactly the same thing. A better analogy would be having a macro that holds right click down for you is the exact same thing as having your waterbottle do it. As both of those examples involve your game registering you holding... -
