Also, if your friend purchased you this rank and he chargeback he most likely meant to do so. If not, your friend is fully capable of "un"charging back since the same action is done in order to reverse it. Hopefully i could help if not make sure to reply! -

For future reference, when servers are done always check twitter or the website since a higher staff position will most likely post about why the server is down and etc. -

Forums is more of a place to converse with questions and such. You should not be asking for materialistic items within minecraft or begging on forums. I have a question
Its very hard to delete a registered account on pika for the reason that if you could delete the info and you were banned, you basically just "bought" yourself an unban for free. If your account is premium, one of the only ways to change would be to change your username, that would make it so... -

Spawners aren't working
Make a support ticket and contact staff in order to have this issue resolved the fastest. Thanks for making the post and notifying forums but not all staff are 100% active here. A support ticket would be a better alternative for this situation. -
Why is the AFK Kick back down to 5mins
Depending on what server you are playing on on Pika-Network it may be different. As far as i am concerned, being a Factions player, the kick i believe is 10minutes or 15 minutes since i am used to seeing the "kicked for idling" message many times when i get distracted and go do something else... -
Banned question??
A ban only restricts you from accessing the server. All your items such as: bal, homes, pvs, ranks etc will not be influences in any way upon a ban. Great Question!- NickTill
