We usually explain it rather than posting it since reasons vary to the situation :D -
Faction Reset
Reset happens when everyone got everything and nothing else to do that its boring to play. Or foreveryone to start over again. Reset happens likevery 3 months or so. For rollback, it happens when there were a problem, like server spawn griefedbadly or server failure of loading. Or maybe faction... -
