You can create a help and support post. There are also ways to move a rank to a different account. However, pika is a cracked server and it makes it clear that username changing is NOT supported. -

sometimes this server makes me cry
noone has used force field for years. It doesnt work on any server that has an anticheat. Banning for "force field" is not legitimate. Say aura or reach but not force field -

Yeah, for some of the packages nothing shows up. You can just ask someone who has it. It's not a bug for ur pc.
