EULA SOLUTION
Using a mod like Forge will do the same, but this is only a temporary fix. A real solution would be to come up with a way to become EULA compliant. -

@Mr.Winofeii not making the server Prem, but makinga Pika server which is only accesible after buying the monthly subscription. Pika will stay Pika, but if you wan't to move on to updates and better gamemodes you will have to pay a small fee to acces the new server. -

Minecraft was not designed specifically for kids, it was actually designed as a sandbox for engineers and architects. It just happened to become so popular under kids that they made it more like a kids game ;) What perhaps could work would be a Pika Premium or 2.0 area, just like on Runescape... -

If you replace the folder or reinstall the game it will work again. It's a bug in the team extreme launcher I think. -
