    Nothing to do about it, thats how the server works. You can change your shop to take 3 items, then use a counter to distribute the wanted amount of items.

    Mining spawners will destroy survival gameplay, same will with a $ economy unless it's very well balanced but I haven't seen that on a single server yet.

    Your island level is based on the blocks on your island, every block has his own value. Try placing more blocks and update it with /island level, this should raise it.
