    It's not that the staff members don't care , there is just a lot of job since PikaNetwork daily receive at least 200 new members including hackers and that's a lot of patience and time, so rules are very strict .... If you get ban because of hacked client you probably won't get unbaned .

    I don't agree for years pika have 800-2000 players online daily . Around 800-900 in morning and 1000-1900+ afternoon

    Maybe you hit the time when server is " restarting " so after that happens you can't join in that server for 1-2 mins.
