    I can understand that. I have been through that too but the only way to get unmuted is to appeal.

    It was your 8th offence of foreign language usage. Warnings are only given for the first time and mutes for foreign language after the 5th offence are all 90 day mutes; Therefore, the 90 day mute without warning is justified but if you think it isn't valid you can always make an appeal.

    If they claimed around your base after grace period there is nothing you can do because it's allowed after grace, but if they did something around their base to prevent themselves from being raided you can make a faction report here.
