His fps is fine. Its just his Bandicam settings. Try using another recorder or change some of the settings on Bandicam to a bit higher (Havent used bandicam for a while so yeah) I usually use Fraps or OBS -

[Question] Why is 1.7 Better for PvP?
I PvPed on my macbook air and I get 60fps+ on both 1.7 and 1.8 without Optifine. Also, which mac do you have ? Could explain it due to the GPU it uses -
