It's just you need to have sufficient proof of you not hacking it's like every time I appeal not even 1 time it got denied it's just you need a valid reason or valid proof. -

you have to accept the fact that they are humans too they are not available for 24/7 and have a personal life too so they can't ban hackers all the time manually. -

Also when it comes to anticheat developers are continuously working to improve the anticheat this process takes time till the time you can help the staff team by reporting any hacker you see here. -

Pika is continously looking for staff and due to the server size there are like 350-400 player per staff so they are a human and they can't handle it that's why sometimes hacker are not banned. -
