Most likely the captain rank you got (from a giveaway) was obtained from party crate. All the party crate drops have been reversed and this explains your gone rank.- tryhard6969

Gems bug
It has been patched already. Also as I stated my gems went down to negative 100m It was other players who were able to get to 100m gems. The gems being positive or negative was luck based.- tryhard6969

Gems bug
Damn gems have completely ruined the game. I opened like 5 treasure chests (with a server crystal booster online) and my gems went to -100m and my /stats show that I have earned 1 trillion gems. Everyone has like 100m gems- tryhard6969

I don't mean he is lying. I just meant that the evidence they are showing is quite misleading. As it shows the vote keys on the date before he actually voted. It would have made sense if he had showed the vote keys on a later date of voting.- tryhard6969

True You won't be able to claim the perm smuggler. You can claim a perm criminal though if you can arrange it somehow. Or in the worst case scenario, just claim perm smuggler on an alt account.- tryhard6969

that doesn't You are not banned atm. I just checked it on the forums. It seems like your network connection is messing up your connectivity. I would suggest rebooting the router would be enough.- tryhard6969

Hey, the screenshots you attached indicate that you are NOT banned. It clearly shows that you are using a VPN. So if you are unbanned, just close the VPN and try reconnecting and you should be able to log in.- tryhard6969
