Yes to all. :) No way of saving items for reset. It is reset for a reason: so everyone start from nothing (except ranked players ofc) -

Faction Reset
Reset still not happened. For losing items, it might be glitched or some stuffs going on in the server. When the server resets, everything resets except the ranks of donators. :) -

Ranks suggestion
The autosmelt and autobrew is interesting for alchemist. Like instant brewing I would like to see that to alchemists. It reflects to their rank name too :D -
