    What you need to do is run the following commands: "/is invite" to invite your friend on your island "/is members" to see all your island's members "/is promote" to promote them and give them even more authority over your island "/is demote" to demote them

    I believe there is a better solution for camping, such as a countdown that kicks you off the match and gives the win to your opponent if you stand on 1 block for more than 15-20 seconds.

    Use the command "/g help" for a detailed guide about how gangs work. About the inviting part, the command is "/g invite Username" (replace "Username" with your friend's Minecraft name).

    Personally I don't think it's an issue. Unless you've made it so players cannot interact with signs on your island from your island's settings (/is settings) then you may ignore it as the signs should still work.

    About Spawners

    It depends on how many spawners you have. Make also sure there is no light nearby as I believe it would lower the chances of the mobs spawning.

    It has been reported by many, you are probably not experiencing this issue anymore since the only thing you have to do is wait and refresh (rejoin the server). At least that's what I did when I experienced the same problem.
