you can find the reason for your ban here you were obviously flagging the anticheat as you got kicked and then banned by staff. This means that staff was speccing you which means your chances of unban are very low- Just_Illuminate

Anti cheat
Pika staff dont do screenshares upon requests. You should try recording with Old versions of OBS then go to output set it to advanced and set the preset to baseline and also use zerolatency aswell. Then set your bitrate to 4000 kbs- Just_Illuminate
