    All of those you mentioned are the bugs that are already being worked upon. The developers are aware about them and are fixing it most probably. Survival has been down now for almost 2 days, so yeah you could expect major/minor rollbacks which may lead to loss of progress.

    Don't be mad just because you don't get rank from crates. Each crate has different chances of dropping ranks. If you open like 10 vote crates and think that you will get a rank, it's not possible. And as for ranked players, they also get ranks when they open a large number of high-valued keys...

    Well, I would recommend that before carrying out any such trade you try to get any staff member as a mediator or do it with a person you trust. Because yeah scamming is pretty much allowed in OPFactions.

    If i take a guess, that is most probably due to high ping. I mean to say that you might have high ping which causes this problem. Or maybe you click very high cps.
