This is very unfortunate but it's true. Actually many suggestions are seen by staff members but none get a straight answer from the higher staff members. You're totally right, many staff members may be extremely busy but that does not change the fact that suggestions and bug reports should get... -

This has already been answered multiple times. When you see a hacker always use /report (Do not hackusate him) even if you see no staff online, they still might be there. If nothing happens then download a recording software like bandicam and record him and then report him on the forums... -
