There are many staff active but they can't be active 24/7 as they have real life things and other activities to do too. So, like nd618 said if you find any hacker try to record him with a recording software and then report him in the forums. That way, he can surely be punished.- DqrkneZz

The Pot Lag
Yeah indeed practise has a bit of pot lag and that was there since it originally was created. You can wait after the server restarts since that's when the lag usually stops or download Tcpnodelay which is a minecraft modification improving pot lag and generally gameplay. -

Denied Global Suggestion: /report
You do know that /report is already in some servers like practise right? And the delay is 60 seconds. Even if players abuse it, it doesn't matter since no one is going to get banned without a staff member checking him first. This makes our life as staff members easier and I don't know if it's in...- DqrkneZz
