    This probably means that they are hacking or cheating in a way , a player got the killstreak and I found him with someone else and that someone else was running right in front of the killstreak 100 dude so the killstreak 100 dude can farm the him. I don't think staff would be using too much time...

    +1 you have to be a no-lifer to get there and you get a VIP rank and prestige to restart at lvl 1 ( each time you get lvl 100 is rank upgrade)
