(Question)NEI Allowed?

Denied Suggestion: OpPrison | Make the time for rankup 60Seconds
I am not sure if someone already has stated this already, but my guess would be the timer is there incase of someone Rich donating to someone that is poor, they can't go from A to prestige H within 5 minutes of spamming /rankup. Kinda smart in the grand scheme of things.- Daniel Dethmers

Is Nether Disabled?
Nether works fine with me, are you sure it's not lag? I used to have this problem on my PS3 when playing minecraft(it would only happen sometimes, but it would happen when my network would throttle.)- Daniel Dethmers
