    yes but in this way you can have faction channels for the various factions in game, so others can easily join with their e.g. faction tag and join with their friends immediately. I have seen other servers do this before

    I advise that you advertise the TeamSpeak every 5 mins as now there are only few people on the teamspeak, perhaps with a small message stating, "head over to our teamspeak at ...." Also to have the teamspeak clearly set on the website
