some of this ideas have been added already to the game like the gambling the random chest (they called supply crates) the commands you can get they by ranking up /ranks and for the other one, I am neutral only for the update faction plugin- shadow1755

Well to be f-top there are lot of donator in that faction, the non-donor players who are active and help the faction will get it the faction who will get this not every week at the end of the season so if you want to get coupons you need to play until the end of the season- shadow1755
