I don't think that staff can fix anything having to do with your credit card. If it's saying your card is declined, maybe you entered your information for your Visa card incorrectly or insufficiently.

Since you payed for your OP Pickaxe, you can make a Support Ticket with that valid proof that you just shared in the photo. I'm not sure if staff will do anything about your Vote Tokens, since you didn't pay for them with real money. And about your premium keys, since you do not have any proof...
Hello! I'd highly suggest you make a Support Ticket with proof that you had your Efficiency 10 Pickaxe. You could use you're receipt that was sent to you by email as proof or a screenshot that you had it ;)!
So he basically played you? I'm sorry, but I don't recall this being against the rules. I guess you really will have to start from zero, but next time, put your trust in someone you %100 know wouldn't betray you.
It's normal for people who want their ranks back. Because they payed for them. I understand where you're coming from, but you have to understand their point of view as well.
