    Wait a minute. Do /ar check again and see if you requirements are fit to be L3? If you've leveled up to L4 before, it makes no sense if you can't level back to L3 as you've reached the requirements before.

    This problem is probably caused by the player destroying your chest before you're even done placing the sign. Try it again, and if this continues take screenshots and show them to a staff.

    (for example: He/She is gonna make a chest and his mom tells him to stop playing computer and then he chops down the tree easily and make a chest as fast as possible). The same problem happens to me, except it's my girlfriend instead of my mom xD well good idea, hope this gets implemented.
