i think you can, if you go to their discord and ping an Antivpnprovider and tell them to whitelist ur ign , i think this is for people using vpn to improve their ping? (unless the rule changed idk)

You can get Whitelisted on 2 ways.
1. Mention Ismael (AntiVPNProvider) in the Discord server, and type your username.
2. Appeal on Forums : https://pika-network.net/forums/punishment-appeals.149/
