I need a new mouse as I have completely destroyed my other mouse in a 1v1, I'm stuck using a small wireless mouse until I figure out what new mouse I should get and I wanted some peoples opinion, plz help me

It depends on what you will use your mouse on. If you are doing a lot of PvP, then go for a 40-100 USD mouse that has 10000-20000 DPI. If you are just going to be doing a little PvP but more building and stuff, you should get a less intense 10-35 USD gaming mouse that should have decent DPI. Since you said you destroyed your other mouse in a 1v1, you must do some intense PvP and I would recommend a Razer Naga which is like 45$ USD and have 16000 DPI. There is a really wide range of mice.
