3 days ago my game started to froze only when I played in the server. Is it a server problem or mine? Do you know any tips to fix it?

Like it stops for 2-5 seconds and then un frozes a until it does it again

It's your computer's problem. I would recommend you to lower your settings so they're as much FPS-free as possible.
