Inappropriate Kicking and no refunds

I have a serious issue which happend to me for no reason at all in the Survival server, the anti-cheat kicked me on my account OrangeSun, when I was pvping, I had p6 froggy armor +13 damage s7 sword strength 4 potion spring mace, in total it all was worth at least 2000 pika-gold, I lost all that in a second due to a random bug from server's console saying cheating is not allowed, while I wasn't even hacking I can get my entire system checked, this happend to me 1st time, I was not even sure if it was supposed to happen, the server now closed my support ticket saying we do not refund things which are lost due to kicks/bans, which is completely illogical as I lost all my life-savings just because of one random bug in the console.
I am supposed to at least get some refund or something as it is too much for a person like me.

That's really unfortunate. I'd recommend trying to record your gameplay in the future, as it can be very helpful if something similar happens again. Even if refunds aren't normally provided for kick-related losses, I'd suggest creating a support ticket with as much information as possible (time, location, gear lost, etc.) so the staff can properly review the incident.

Like I understand your point saying all this is fair but how was I supposed to know about these kicks for no reason as this never happened to me in the 1st place so how can I know that this was an issue in the server,now for future I don't have anything to record as I have nothing left now it was all my savings which I died with sadly.

I understand. For now, I'd recommend creating a support ticket with as many details as possible and asking staff to review the logs. Also, try recording your gameplay in the future, as video evidence can be very helpful if something similar happens again.

Honestly, I can understand why you're frustrated. Losing gear worth that much because of an anti-cheat kick would make anyone upset, especially if you've spent a long time grinding for it. What stands out to me is that you're not complaining about dying in a fair fight or making a mistake yourself — you're saying the server removed you from the game while you were actively PvPing and then you lost everything because of that.

I also don't think it's reasonable to expect players to record every minute of their gameplay just in case a random kick happens. Most people only start recording after they've already experienced an issue, and if this was your first time getting falsely flagged, there was no real way for you to predict it. Saying "you should have recorded it" doesn't really help with what already happened.

At the very least, staff should be able to check server logs from the time of the kick. If the logs show that the anti-cheat removed you and there was no actual cheating involved, then I think the case deserves a closer review. I'm not saying every loss should be refunded, but situations caused by server-side systems are different from normal gameplay deaths.

Hopefully someone from the staff team takes another look at this, because losing what you describe as your entire savings in a matter of seconds due to a possible false flag is definitely not the same as simply dying and losing your gear.
