why are the ScreenShare rules so stupid

for example, having an inactive client. i dont understand why you ban for clients and other things that are not even active. somehow you can get a ban with the same duration as doxxing threats by just having an autoclicker on your computer. half of the comm have cheats on their PC........... also why is disabled services considered "bypass attempt"?

services are basically what logs file executions, so without them(most importantly sysmain and prefetch/pcasvc) some important things dont log...
but if you run an autoclicker in instance it is bannable even if you disabled it before launching minecraft
its also called bypass attempt since ur basically wasting staff's time by intentionally disabling a service.

but if a staff member didn't fully check ur pc, and only banned you for having "cheats.exe" on your desktop(without running them since the last restart) then your ban is invalid and getting unbanned if you know what to say on the appeal.

You are banned because the console data shows clearly that player is legit or not but even if they don't got any proofs in console.

• Auto-clicker suspects should be directed to an online staff member with the SS Verified or SS Manager role on our Discord server, and not reported on forums.

Still, according to this rule you may get banned by after screen sharing.
Tip (just for fun- don't report): If you know you have auto clicker then it's better to refuse for screen sharing.

If you are banned without any video evidence and screen sharing you still can be banned by the data that shows in the console. This thing is said by Arrly.

well with the right method you can hide anything on the pc(except from batmlk appearentally), i remember having op autoclicker open for minecraft io while playing pika to get ssed by Surbate so had to admit. my only wish that time is admitting to the use of xraying instead of an autoclicker(in practice lol)

I agree with you, I had a auto clicker once on my pc for a friends smp for the raid farm to afk and I had to research how to get that completely off of my computer, so it doesn't leave traces and that is so dumb, the rule, I agree. I dont see why Pika would care what i do outside their server...
They should lower the punishment for inactive cheats at least. There are many players playing 2b2t and not cheating there is like eating apple without cutting it - not necessary, but better.
I'd recommend you make a suggestion and we will somehow convince them that this rule is not good how it is.
Imagine players discover a great smp with wild textures, mods, etc. and using the raid farm requires auto clicker, so you download a modpack with a autoclicker for the server without knowing and Pika goes like:
"Yo buddy, we know you didn't cheat on our server, but you legally used autoclicker on another server. The Ban Hammer has spoken!"

screensharing doesn't work like that... it's fine to download an autoclicker/any cheat you want, the important thing is restarting ur computer before playing pika network that's litterally it. if they still ban you after a restart(without using the clicker again) then they will need barbarasco to teach them ssing again...
