I just got muted for week because i spammed 4 Messages and after i stopped by 5 min they decided to mute me for a WEEK

The server doesn't need new staff, it needs players with common sense
If you have written something once or twice in the chat you don't have to repeat it again and again, others can see the message even if you send it once or twice.
Your messages didn't even have a gap between them which makes your punishment completely deserved
As for the 1 week duration that is deserved as well, you only get a 1 week mute if it's your 4th time spamming. If you haven't stopped even after 3 mutes then a longer 4th mute is completely justified

I agree that they should get new staff; the ones we have right now are doing their job, which makes players mad.

+1 to this, it's not fair that players get mad because staff are doing their job.. Like, get some better staff members who don't do their job!
