I am writing this appeal to kindly request a review of my account's balance from the previous season. Before the recent season reset, I had around 400 Billion in-game currency on my account, which I worked extremely hard to grind and collect.
Unfortunately, with the new season update, my entire balance was wiped out. As this was a massive amount of hard-earned currency for me, I would be extremely grateful if you could check my previous season logs/data and kindly restore or help me recover my balance so I can continue playing smoothly.
