Hey pika staff

my password reset request has been under review for 2 days now and no response yet. Since it is an account compromise, he has access to my pika gold aswell as one time rank features which are essential for a head start in the season. Please do reset my password as early as possible since I'm not able to access pika entirely let alone survival gamemode.
