I understand your moderation concerns. However, they are fundamentally incorrect or misguided.
We get hundreds of appeals every day, so it's impossible to reply to everything instantly. That being said, our response time is usually under one day. Staff are not allowed to (purposely) ignore players. Considering how large our network is, it is impossible to always respond to everyone, but we try our best. Whether someone has a rank or not has no impact on whether we will help them. Support tickets are always open to all players and are the best way to ask for help. They can be opened
