Wizard/Zookeeper cooldown timer

COOLDOWN TIMER
Wizard and Zookeeper are commands (or npc) which gives players rare items which are not obtainable normally in the game. These both effects the economy a lot. Many players do not know when these commands reset. And when the command resets, the stock is out in seconds. This makes it very hard for other players who does not know when these commands reset. By far no information is given to players in any means when these commands reset. Which is considered to be a fault from the pika team. This should be changed and a cooldown timer should be added to the game for these commands which only resets in the weekends. If we add a timer it makes getting the items more fun and challenging as many people are racing with each other for getting these rare items. Gold coins are a currency which has lost its value due to people not using the /Wizard. If we add the timer it makes the demand for the currency go up which is a good idea mid season. the only way to obtain pets is also using the /zookeeper and castle crate key which makes the demand for the pets more than what it was meant to be. So adding the cooldown timer would make this commands more fun and as people are living in diffrent timezone they would also have to chance to get these items.
