Why is Minecraft_leg not helping us when we ask him questions

minecraft_leg is the worst staff i ever saw in this server. I asked him how to report and he didn't even reply. One guy scammed me and i was asking him for help, but he didn"t even care. so why does this server have staffs like that? i thought staffs are supposed to help people in the server.

nah he isnt worst but yea he is lazy thats why he didnt get promoted to helper and is trial fornlime 3 months while lt_hammerman went from trial to moderator in 1.5 months

He was probably busy or didn't see your question, if someone scammed you and you recorded it you need to upload the video on youtube and report it on forums. If you didn't record it there is nothing that can be done to punish the scammer.

1. Not every staff is as free as you think, respect the staff. If you hate or doesnt like Minecraft_Leg, go find other staff.

2. Reports like scamming and tpkilling is common stuff seen in the server. You can just report it by yourself, staff and dev already talk about it a lot.

3. Staff like Leg and other is "secretly" helping the server, how do you saw people get muted when there is not any staff online, because they can hide their tag in-game.

4. Better watch your language. You are currently breaking some rules.

In which way did you try to contact me? because I always react to discord and forum messages. In-game messages are hard to respond to 100% of the time due to many factors, I'm sorry I missed your message. Mind sending me it on discord?
