Why do I keep getting client modification banned when I don't

How do I avoid this please help me as it does it while I am just playing a game.

It could be due to :-

• High Ping
• High CPS
• U have some sus mod

1. Don't do many cps as it is not recommended, do around 10-20
2. It might be also from lag

I also got kicked once for client modification while I was glitching but the answer has already been given

Recommended CPS - 20cps [ If u get constant 20+ cps ask Crni_ to SS you ]
If you get High ping then u should try and use an ethernet cable as those lower ping

It will happen if you get stuck on a block, like a fence, etc.
