Make a support ticket, easiest way to solve a problem... in OPskyblock I lost an eff12 ( /buy product) i made a support ticket and in 2 days i got it back. Maybe you can get your rank if you submit a support ticket

Ranks did get automatically removed when we fixed it . However they have now been added back .
