Warnings forums visible​

Detailed description:

This is same as my discord suggestion, just for forums.
So what i suggest is, to bring back the warning option on our forums profile, like how it was before.​

Reason(s):

My reason it to prevent the duplication reports, this has been a really bad problem since reporting rule breakers you dont know if they got punished or not, the reason it was removed it was for public shaming, thats really nonsense since theres rarerly any public shaming. Bringing it back would be great and preventing too many duplication reports.​

For example, there will be a warning button to every profile and visible to every member.

Thank you for your interest in creating a suggestion to improve the server. We are always doing our best to make the server a better place for everyone.
However, we have eventually decided to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

• It is not uncommon for people to make fun of others when they got a warning. We want to avoid that.
• There is ultimately no harm in having duplicated reports. They do not affect one's acceptance rate for Great Reporter and it takes very little time for staff to handle them.
