Detailed description:

Allow voting for gamemode (normal or rumble) for all players, but count
Nons - 1
Vip - 2
Elite - 3
Titan - 4
Champion - 5​

Reason(s):

Many nons want to play rumble and could play either because no ranks are willing to vote rumble or if there are no ranks in the game, no one can vote rumble. Atleast let nons play the mode they are interested in, if you don't add it, then many nons can lose interest in skywars.​

It's really easy to get VIP these days so if they really want to play rumble, then they should start voting since it's not that hard to get a rank for it.

There are lots of players who are busy and do not play regularly and cannot vote for 15 days a month. They can only vote when they really really want to play rumble and also it ain't costing anything to let them play their favorite mode.

You can easily get a VIP even for 3 days just by the vote crates. You don't need almost 2 weeks just for you to vote in a sky wars game
