Vote block​

Detailed description:

There are vote abusers who get hundreds of votes at the last day

I don't know if this is possible but what if pika blocks more than 1 vote from each site per day
So only the first vote of the day will be counted as valid and rest all will be counted as invalid. The next valid vote will be the one casted after 24hrs
So on the site itself it might show 100 votes for a person
But only 1 will be counted from that site by pika
So total 6-7 votes will be counted valid per day (1 from each site)
And the vote top and other rewards will be counted based on the number of valid votes counted by pika
And not the top votes counted by the sites​

Reason(s):

To stop vote abusers (I don't vote and I don't know how votes work so please don't yell at me if this is dumb af)​

Similar to my suggestion and the concept is good, but I don't think it's that simple since the votes are always returned in a different way
