I bought a VIP rank round easter.
I didnt play for 6 months and now i want to play but my rank is gone.
How must i fix this or can someone fix it??
 
You can always make yourself a Support Ticket with valid proof that you had that rank. I suggest using the receipt that was emailed to you by BuyCraft notifying that you had bought that rank as evidence.
 
Make support ticket or contact staff's, Aswell if u make ST(SupportTicket)Make sure u have SS of Receipt sent to your email adress.
