Currently, players who report bugs on PikaNetwork and receive compensation (usually 35 gold for normal bugs or 200 gold for crucial bugs) no longer have the rewarded gold transferred to their Discord /wallet, even though the official support article states otherwise.
The relevant section in the article, “Important Notes Regarding Gold”, reads:
You can claim your gold using the /wallet command on our Discord server. You must have at least 500 gold in your wallet before being able to claim it. You cannot claim more than 10,000 gold in one claim. All given gold will stay in your wallet for a year. (Bug Reporting Article)
Since the /wallet system no longer functions as described, this is causing confusion among players who successfully report bugs and expect their rewards.
