UnNerf Vanguard GKIT​

Detailed description:

After the nerf to the Vanguard GKit, nobody really cares about or pays attention to it anymore. The Seasonal Armor became way too OP, which made Vanguard feel useless because almost everyone is getting 10–15 Vanguard Abilities, and Legendary get 16–18 Vanguard Abilities.​

Making the Vanguard GKit abilities reduce/deal 16–18% damage would make it much stronger and more useful again. It would also make OPLifesteal feel less P2W, since Vanguard GKit would become a better and more worthwhile option for players who don’t have enough balance or money to get Seasonal Armor.​

Reason(s):

• Vanguard GKit is useless after the nerf, so buffing it would make it worth using again.
• It would help reduce the gap between normal players and players with OP Seasonal Armor.
• It would give F2P players a better chance to compete against P2W players with Seasonal Armor.
• Buffing Vanguard GKit would make OPLifesteal feel less P2W and more balanced for everyone.
