Suggestion:

Unlock rank cosmetics at high levels​

Detailed description:

When you reach a certain level you get to use cosmetics normally locked behind VIP and Elite ranks.

E.g.

1. Level 50 unlocks VIP cosmetics
2. Level 60 unlocks Elite cosmetics
3. Level 75 unlocks Titan cosmetics
4. Level 100 unlocks Champion cosmetics

It doesn't give any other rank benefits.

Cosmetics still have to be gained from loot boxes, voting crates, in game currency etc​

Reason(s):

It rewards players who are loyal to the server.

The more you play the longer the player count stays high enough to keep other players coming back.

By the time you reach these levels you have lots of cosmetics but you can't use most of them.

I rarely see players at these levels so it shouldn't impact rank income.​

Someone with better statistics of how many players are at these levels and how long they take to get there will drive the actual requirements.​

You mean you unlock the cosmetics or the rank requirement gets removed?
Like all cosmetics from that rank are instantly available or just no rank needed?

You can already get ranks for free via voting, much quicker than reaching level 50 anyways.

I think a better way to implement this suggestion such would be to just add cosmetics which are locked behind a level gate, instead of changing the new ones, which are locked behind ranks.
For example: You get a certain kill message at level 50, it is only usable by players level 50 or higher.

Removing the rank barrier would make players who already purchased ranks to use the cosmetics feel as if they wasted their money.

You'd still have to actually get the cosmetics in crates or buy them with coins

Anyway, this isn't an either/or scenario or even saying one is easier than another. It is just an extra reward for playing that long.

Adding extra level based cosmetics as well as unlocking the existing ones would be a useful addition to the suggestion.

There are a lot more perks to ranks than just the ability to use certain cosmetic items though - one such is to be able to open crates that some of these cosmetics come in.

The suggestion is to be able to use the ones you have and not to automatically be able to use everything.
E.g. there are some that are only in rank restricted crates so you'd not be able to get them solely with this suggestion and therefore you'd still have to have a rank to get/use it.

You just get iron from voting in intervals of 50. You don't need the 30 day VIP from the crates.
