Tweak rank kits​

Detailed description:

This season has brought a lot of new things, including some kit changes (removal of beacons and some added enchants)

But despite this, there still are a few more tweaks to be made.
For instance:
- instead of giving 3 stacks of sea lanterns, give us 1 stack of glowstone, Redstone lanterns, and sea lanterns.
- give wizard and noble depth strider 1 and perhaps even respiration 1.

Especially the sea lantern one would be a huge quality of life increased.
I get this might be pretty meaningless and empty, but if there is interest I'm willing to make a full list of changes to the rank kits and the block class.​

Quality of life changes, and some updates since it's not 1.16​
