players in normal fac don't really need the keys. Since the player is left is pretty much OP to the point that it's OpFac PVP style. Voting keys does not do much purpose in armor or spawners (since f top is over long ago).

The longer it does not reset, The stronger the player is going to be (and less chance for new players to join as they don't stand a chance).
