It's been about 5 days that there is a consistent TPS that goes from 1 to 15 and it's becoming unplayable, the reason is probably a lag machine or something but I tell you to fix it quickly because this way you will only lose users

Ah, I see now. I do apologise for the misunderstanding. From the screenshot you shared, it appears to be a rather minor issue that should be sorted out shortly. However, if the bug persists for more than three days, I suspect it might be a more significant problem that deserves reporting. Though I could be mistaken, of course.
