Toggle progress announcement messages​

Detailed description:

There should be a singular toggle (or a toggle for each type) in /settings that allows you to disable all those annoying REBIRTH, COMBO, RELIC, SPELL, SWORD TIER, MILESTONE, messages in chat. (Obviously these aren't all of them, but you get the point)​

Reason(s):

It often spams your chat and is really annoying for the users who don't really want to see the progress of others every step of the way. Some players may still want to use chat for messages and other things, so turning it completely off isn't a solution.​

It's annoying how this wasn't implemented and instead /settings in dungeons takes you to the global friends settings instead of a the desired gamemodes settings. Having your chat flooded for people reaching their new highest combo is extremely annoying at times
